Kia’s EV6 GT has just won the 2023 World Performance Car title. The announcement was made during the New York International Auto Show.
The GT comes with 430kW of power, giving a 0-100km/h time of just 3.5 seconds. This, and a top speed of 260km/h, long range, and a spacious interior was enough to beat off competition from other ICE and EV performance cars.
The jurors were a panel of 100 international car journalists from 32 countries.

The standard Kia EV6 has already been awarded the title of 2022 European Car of the Year.
